At Ratton Pantry, we take pride in the quality of our artisan ingredients and pantry staples. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for non-perishable items.
Return Process

Our team will review your request to ensure the items are eligible for return, particularly checking that food packaging remains unopened and seals are intact.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the approved items in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
